Dogs on Thursday: Quiz time!

I don't have much to report in Zeus land this week. He is doing well and is currently napping on the bed behind me. If I move at all, he'll wake up and thump the end of his tail like something good is about to happen!

I am stealing an idea from Kim this week. I saw some quizzes on her blog and decided to take them myself. Here are the results:

I think that Zeus is probably much more laid back then Will Ferrell, but he does make me laugh.




According to this quiz, Kitty would be Snoop Dogg. " Kitty is one tough cookie and knows how to paw his way out of a confrontation. But despite his occasionally feisty flare, Kitty is romantic and poetic, a true-blue Casanova through and through."

Yeah, that might be fairly accurate. Kitty can be a stinker but he's an affectionate little guy.

That was a neat way to kill a few minutes! I love quizzes.

Dogs on Thursday: Visiting

I have three people down for wanting a Dogs on Thursday charm: Paula, Nichole, and Kim. I will either email or leave a comment for each of you later today with more details, and maybe we can get that ball rolling tomorrow.

This post has photos! Paula came to visit us last week and took some pictures of Zeus and Kitty while she was here. I was Hossie sitting, so there are Hossie photos too.

Zeus patiently waited to go outside.

The dogs hung around the yard for a little bit. Hossie sniffed around and took in the scenery.

Zeus did some more exploring and just enjoyed being out in the yard.

Kitty hung out on the balcony. He didn't care much for Hossie the first time she was here, so we separate them now just to prevent any problems.

It looks like Kitty was wild and hissing here, but really he was just in mid-meow.

Even when we let him inside, he still likes to spend some time out on the balcony anyway.

He will get up on the railing and meow at you if you're down on the ground. I'm amazed cats can balance like that.

Thanks to Paula for all of the pictures! We had a good visit, went out to dinner for some BBQ and she got to browse around at some local artsy-craftsy stores.
